Frequently asked questions.

How do I make a booking 

Simply select the product of your choice and follow the onscreen instructions to submit an enquiry. A Kiss Travel agent will respond within 48 hours to process your enquiry. Alternatively you can call us on 08 6142 8962 during regular business hours Monday to Saturday.

How far in advance can I make a booking? 

There are generally no limitations and advance bookings can secure you some great savings. Destinations and specific offers will constantly be updated so please check the website or speak to an agent on 08 6142 8962.

What if I require facilities for special needs? 

Please make special requirement requests at the time of booking.

What if I am travelling for a special occasion? 

If you are travelling for a special occasion such as your honeymoon or celebrating a milestone birthday, please let us know.

What about transport to and from my holiday destination? 

A number of airfares can be used in conjunction with your holiday package or may already be included as part of the advertised holiday package. Please check with a Kiss Travel Agent if you are unsure of transport inclusions. It is important to note that all airfares are subject to availability and many have special conditions that apply.

How do I pay? 

Kiss Travel accepts MasterCard, VISA, American Express, cheque, money orders, direct deposit and cash.

Who do I contact to make a booking, check an existing booking or change my booking? 

When you submit a holiday or hotel enquiry on our website a Kiss Travel agent will then contact you to process your booking. Following this, any subsequent queries or changes must be directed to the agent that handled your booking.

When will I receive my travel documentation? 

After full payment has been received, your travel documents will be sent out to you confirming your booking. This documentation will generally be dispatched 4 weeks prior to your departure, or earlier.
